Laura Schreiber is a policy organizer with the Land Stewardship Project, a nonprofit that seeks to advance a more just and sustainable farm and food system through both policy and programmatic work. She leads LSP's local resilient markets policy work and is one of Minnesota's state leads for Farm to School and Earyl Care policy. During her time at LSP, she has lead campaigns on soil health and climate policy to ensure farmers have access to the resources they need to incorporate more soil health practices, meat processing, land access and emerging farmer policies. She is a coordinator of the MinneAg Network, a network that brings together organizational partners working to advance a more resilient and equitable farm and food system in Minnesota. Laura has a B.S. in Urban Studies and a B.A. in Public Relations from the University of Minnesota-Twin Cities with a minor in Leadership (2019).
