Kathy Draeger is statewide director of the U of MN Extension Regional Sustainable Development Partnerships. She has worked with MISA on a wide variety of projects like the Commercial Kitchen Guide and now the Farm to Rural Grocery toolkit that is being disseminated throughout the state. We are in a time of great transitions and upheavals. COVID, farm crisis, civil unrest, inequalities and many more issues are confronting us today. In addition to working for the U of M, Kathy lives and farms (with her family) in Big Stone County, Minnesota.
