Local Food Advisory Committee (LFAC)
LFAC was launched in January 2013 and has met quarterly since. LFAC provides a forum for participants in local food systems – farmers, farm educators, farmers’ markets, and food processors – to meet face to face with food regulatory staff from Minnesota Department of Agriculture and Minnesota Department of Health, in a collegial and problem-solving atmosphere.
Meeting notes and recordings of past LFAC meetings are available in this Google Drive folder
