Lori is the owner/operator of Roots Return Heritage Farm LLC in Carver. The farm produces perennial fruits and pumpkins sustainably, mostly a u-pick operation. She is a native of MN, but lived in the Seattle area for almost 12 yrs attending WSU’s Small Farm Entrepreneur program, and worked at a CSA farm. Before farming was a 17+ year corporate consulting career. She is an advisory board member of her local County Water Management Org, MN Ag Water Quality Certification program (is a certified farm), board member of MN Ag in the Classroom, and works with local soil & water conservation district on continual cover crops. The farm is a supporter of the U of MN Bee Lab, and CFANS scholarship program.
